We specialise in Dollshouses, Miniatures & Craft Supplies for the Collector and Hobby Enthusiast. This includes many handmade items from local Artisans, many of which are exclusive to the Pedlars Tray. We welcome commissions, guaranteed to meet your individual requirements, and these can range from needlework portraits of your pet, to personally styled room fittings. Second hand houses and furniture can be accepted for resale.

We stock an ever increasing range of DIY tools and dolls house kits, as well as craft items which can be used also for card making and other hobbies.

For those who prefer not to do it themselves, we can build, electrify and decorate your dolls house using a dollshouse kit, or a custom built house.

Miniatures ’A Growing Hobby’

1st of March 2004 saw the start of a new business called ’The Pedlars Tray Ltd’. What started out as a small shop packed with individual hand-crafted miniatures and craft supplies, has already grown and moved to bigger premises! Run by two friends ’Claire James and Jane Ammonds’ there is always a friendly welcome and time to share ideas, tips and advice on many aspects of the world of miniature. Workshops are run on a regular basis and are tailored to individual or group bookings. All our tutors offer a professional standard of work. Claire James is also the organiser of the Bartestree Dolls House Fair which is in its 12th year on 10th October 2010.

On March 1st 2010 we will be celebrating our sixth  birthday and feel that we are constantly updating our stock and looking for new ideas! We are dedicated to providing our customers with an excellent service and enjoy the challenge.
