Welcome to Issue 21 is … have you seen the free dies? I did say “dies”, yes it is plural! So not only is there, possibly one of my favourite dies ever, the stunning and ever so beautiful Long Stemmed Rose die as a free gift for you this issue, but also you are getting another mystery free die too!
I really do think the Long Stemmed Rose is a must have. It is elegant and suitable for so many occasions. Perfect for scrapbooking. It will be wonderful for home décor – try cutting it from plastic, it will make a beautiful stencil. Perhaps you are a cake decorator too, keep the die just for food use and make impressive wedding, engagement, anniversary, birthday and everything else in between cakes.There is a touch of Charisma wafting through the magazine: Poppies and Hydrangea and also the most adorable Teddies to give the “Awww Factor”. It’s not all about summer florals though, we have a touch of winter with the Christmas Owls; they are bound to make you smile! It’s not all pretty, pretty either, the Pocket Watch and Clocks Embossing Folders are having a showing together and you won’t be disappointed.
Delivery
The Pedlar's Tray will endeavour to confirm and dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt. If we foresee any problems in the timely delivery of your goods we will contact you by the fastest assumed means you make available to us at registration. All post will be sent via Royal Mail unless it is a large item, which will be sent via courier service.

If in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately on sales@thepedlarstrayltd.co.uk with your contact details or call us on 01432 379095. We will assess the best way to deal with the damaged items and, if required, arrange for a replacement.
While we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that due to the limitations of viewing items on the internet they may not be what you had expected and sometimes you will want to return some items ordered through the internet. Please check goods on receipt and call us immediately on 01432 379095 to advise a return together with the reason and to confirm whether you would like to exchange, receive a credit note or refund. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and, providing goods and their original packaging are in perfect condition, we will arrange the agreed exchange/refund. The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. Please wrap the items very securely, giving full details of the action required, and return them to our Brighton store by insured registered delivery and keep the receipt.
The cost of returning goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Alternatively you may return goods directly to our store. Please note that items bought in the store are not subject to refund unless faulty.
